Starvey Global | Frequently Asked Questions
Wholesale & MOQ
What is your MOQ, and can I place small trial orders?
We offer flexible trial MOQs tailored for new wholesale partners in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia:
- 500-1000 pcs for 4G GPS pet collars and 2-in-1 remote dog training collars
- 200-500 pcs for IATA-compliant pet travel crates (negotiable for long-term partners)
We also accept mixed bulk orders of all 3 products to reduce your inventory risk. Final MOQ is subject to factory production capacity; our team can negotiate adjustments on your behalf for qualified partners.
Do you accept small trial orders for new customers, and what are the terms?
Yes, we understand the needs of new partners to test market fit, so we offer flexible trial MOQs as detailed above. For our 4G GPS pet tracking collars and 2-in-1 dog training collars, trial orders start at 500 units, while IATA-compliant pet travel crates start at 200 units for qualified new buyers. Trial orders follow standard lead times of 40-45 days, and we can accommodate mixed orders of multiple products to help you diversify your initial inventory.
Are MOQs different for different regions or markets?
Our core MOQs are standardized to ensure production efficiency, but we offer tailored terms for key markets. For North American and European partners, we can adjust MOQs slightly for large-volume repeat orders, and for Southeast Asian partners (our regional hub for expansion), we offer flexible trial MOQs to support market entry. Long-term partners with annual order commitments can also negotiate adjusted MOQs based on their forecast demand.
What is the lead time for bulk orders, and how does it relate to MOQ?
Lead times are aligned with order volume and production capacity. Standard trial orders (meeting our base MOQs) take 40-45 days from confirmed payment to shipment. For bulk orders exceeding 1000 units per product, lead times extend to 25-35 days, depending on customization requirements and production scheduling. We provide a detailed production timeline for each confirmed order, including key milestones for your reference.
Customization & Product Details
Can you customize products with OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we support full OEM/ODM solutions for wholesale partners in North America, Europe, Latin America, Southeast Asia & Global Destinations. You can customize branding (logo printing), colors, packaging, and even add tailored functions to our4G pet GPS collars, 2-in-1 remote dog training collars, and pet crates. Additional costs apply for mold or major function changes, which we can partially share for large bulk orders.
What makes your GPS pet trackers different from other suppliers?
Our 4G GPS pet trackers stand out with a unique dedicated data display screen, a feature rarely found in competing products. With 5 years of dedicated R&D for pet-specific scenarios, we deliver highly professional, reliable products optimized for partners across North America, Europe, Latin America, Southeast Asia & Global Destinations.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

- IATA-compliant pet travel crates: Tested to meet IATA Live Animal Regulations (LAR) standards for air travel, including structural durability, ventilation, and safety requirements for pets.
*All certifications are available for review upon request, to support your import and regulatory compliance processes.
What customization options are available for bulk orders?

- Packaging: Custom color boxes, poly bags, or bulk packaging with your brand design, including compliance labels for your target market.
- Product adjustments: Custom color options for collars and crates, and minor functional tweaks (such as adjustable strap sizes for collars) for large-volume orders.
*Customization minimums vary by service, and our team will work with you to define requirements and timelines for your order.
How do your 4G GPS pet collars ensure reliable connectivity in different regions?
Our 4G pet GPS tracking collars use multi-band LTE-M/NB-IoT technology, compatible with major networks across North America, Europe, Latin America, Southeast Asia & Global Destinations, including next-gen 4G Pet Trackers with 4-in-1 hybrid positioning (GPS+Wi-Fi+GNSS+LBS). The devices come with a pre-installed global SIM card with roaming support, ensuring real-time tracking connectivity in most countries. Each crate includes ventilation holes, secure door latches, and a shock-absorbing base, and we provide a compliance certificate with every order to support your customers’ travel bookings
Shipping & Logistics
What are your lead times, and what shipping options do you offer?
Lead times vary by order size: 7-15 days for small trial orders, and 30-45 days for large bulk orders. For customized 4G smart pet GPS collars with a MOQ of 500 units or above, the production lead time will extend to around 40 days, subject to actual factory production schedules. We offer flexible shipping solutions for partners in North America, Europe, Latin America, Southeast Asia & Global Destinations, including sea freight, air freight, and express delivery to any port or warehouse. We handle all export documentation for your order.
*Shipping time is subject to local international policies, transportation methods, and product production cycles.
Do you offer DDP door-to-door shipping service to EU countries like Belgium?
Yes, we provide full DDP door-to-door shipping for partners in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, including European markets like Belgium. Our DDP service covers all shipping costs, customs clearance, import duties, and last-mile delivery, with no hidden fees for our wholesale clients.
How does Starvey Global optimize CBM and shipping costs for wholesale pet crates?
Ocean freight for rigid pet crates is highly expensive because they take up too much space. To solve this logistical bottleneck, Starvey Global engineers all IATA travel crates with a premium nested stackable design.
By optimizing the product geometry, our travel crates fit perfectly inside one another during transit. This reduces the total shipping volume (CBM) by up to 35% compared to traditional rigid models, allowing bulk buyers to fit significantly more units into a single 40ft HQ container (40HQ) and maximize their import margins.
What trade terms do you offer for international orders?
- FOB (Free On Board): For orders shipped from our Chinese warehouses, we handle customs clearance and loading at the port of departure (typically Shenzhen or Guangzhou), with you managing international freight and destination customs.
- EXW (Ex Works): Starvey Global most flexible pricing option. We prepare your order at our designated factory warehouse in Shenzhen or Guangzhou, China. You are responsible for pickup, export customs clearance, international freight, destination customs duties, and final delivery. This is ideal for established importers with their own trusted freight forwarders.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Our full-service option, where we coordinate all logistics steps, including freight, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and final delivery to your warehouse. This is ideal for partners looking for a hands-off solution, and we work with trusted freight forwarders (including Zhema International) to ensure smooth delivery.
Note: Starvey Gloabl recommend EXW or FOB as the preferred trade terms for most international orders. Import regulations, tariff policies and customs clearance requirements vary considerably across countries and regions, which may lead to cost volatility and delivery uncertainties for DDP shipments. For partners with their own appointed freight forwarders, EXW and FOB ensure more predictable costs and stable delivery timelines. If you require DDP service, please share your full destination details, and we will assess feasibility and provide a tailored quote accordingly.
How do you handle logistics risks such as damage or loss during shipping?
- All products are packaged with shock-absorbing materials, and IATA crates are reinforced for air travel durability.
- For bulk orders, Starvey Global offer optional cargo insurance to cover loss or damage during transit.
- In the event of confirmed damage or loss due to our packaging or shipping partners, we work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement products or partial refunds, based on the terms of your order and insurance coverage.

Is the price negotiable for large bulk orders?
Yes, we offer tiered bulk pricing discounts for large orders from partners in North America, Europe, Latin America, Southeast Asia & Global Destinations:

*Custom long-term partnership pricing is available for recurring wholesale clients.
